ひじきとシメジの煮物

ひじきを水に20分ほどつけて戻す。
鍋に油を熱し、にんじん、シメジ、ひじきを炒める。
水、干ししいたけ(戻し汁ごと)、酒、砂糖、和風だしの素を加え、煮立てる。醤油を加え、落し蓋をして、15分~20分煮込む。
